  1. Use a mild face wash:choose a mild face wash, containing vitamin c and hyaluronic which keeps the skin hydrated, moisturized and bright.

  2. Exfoliate : Exfoliate twice a week, it helps to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin fresh and soft.

  3. Use a face mask: This should come after you’re done exfoliating.Try the one with retinol, ceramides or vitamin c, it’ll help a great deal.

  4. Apply serum: Face serum containing vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, retinol, glycolic acid or even ceramides works well for anti-aging.These ingredients reduce wrinkles, dryness and blemishes.

  5. Apply moisturizer: Moisturize your skin after applying serum, a good anti-aging cream should have hyaluronic acid and ceramides because these ingredients are perfect combination of a very effective moisturizing anti-aging agent.

  6. Apply eye cream: Using an eye cream is important because the eyes tend to get darker sometimes and show signs of aging so products with retinol or vitamin c will do.

  7. Use sunscreen: Do not forget to always wear a sunscreen before leaving your house to avoid sunburn.

  8. watch the kind of food you eat and also consider taking anti-aging supplements. Eat foods that are high in vitamin c to help nourish and make your skin younger
