How to grow a thick and healthy hair

If you want to grow healthy and thick hair, here are a few tips on how to do that ;

  1. Wear a protective hairstyle, and do not tamper with your edges

  2. Trim your hair frequently

  3. Always wear a bonnet to bed

  4. If your hair is not natural ( relaxed hair) avoid using a frequently. It weakens the hair

  5. Do not wash your hair with shampoo daily

  6. Stop or reduce the usage of dyes(hair color) on your hair. It weakens the hair and leads to breakage.

  7. Use multivitamins that contains vitamin b, c and biotin. They help with hair growth.

  8. Use jojoba oil

  9. Use good hair care products

  10. See a trichologist
