How to Achieve a glowing skin

Here are few steps that you can use to achieve a glowing face:

  1. Hydrate from inside out, drink water regularly.

  2. Wash your face according to your skin type. Use good and brightening face wash or soap.

  3. Use a good cleanser to help unclog pores and remove dirt.

  4. Exfoliate your skin regularly using face scrub twice a week or you can decide to use face peel.

  5. Use face moisturizers and serum containing vitamin C, niacinamide e.t.c,

  6. Moisturize your skin every morning and night.

  7. Use a brightening face mask at least once a week, you can try a DIY turmeric mask.

  8. Use a good SPF everyday.

  9. Eat anti-oxidant rich food such as carrots, spinach, strawberries e.t.c.

  10. Pillow case regularly.

  11. Know when to visit a dermatologist.

For a glowing body

  1. Use a brightening body wash

  2. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week

  3. Eat antioxidants rich foods

  4. change bedsheets regularly

  5. Use a brightening body lotion

  6. Use a shimmering lotion to help boost the glow

  7. Avoid sitting under the sun
