I’ll be dropping recipes for one smothie, one tea and one detox water
Smoothie : spinach and chia seeds
ingredients:
A cup of spinach
A cup of strawberries, you can replace with raspberries or blueberries
A cup of chia seeds
1 cucumber
1 apple
1/2 table spoon of turmeric
A tablespoon of protein powder
A cup of Greek yogurt
Instructions:
blend everything together and serve chilled. Take twice daily
Tea: Green tea and lemon
ingredients:
1 green tea bag
ginger
half lemon
honey
Instructions:
brew the green tea in a cup of hot water for some minutes, and remove the tea bag.
wash, peel and grate your ginger, add it to the tea.
Squeeze the lemon juice in it
Add honey
drink before breakfast and after dinner
Detox water: cucumber and lemon
ingredients:
1 cucumber
6-8 cups of water
1 medium sized lemon
1 ginger
Few mint leaves
Instructions:
pour your water into a jug or a container with large opening.
wash your cucumber, slice and add it.
Wash, slice your lemon and add it .
grate your washed ginger and add it .
Add the mint leaves and leave overnight or for few hours
Consume within 24 hours and discard after.
